I was wondering what is the highest scored 800 series with one gutter ball thrown through the legs in ABC bowling history? Once in a fairly competitve scratch league, I rolled 11 strikes...then a gutter through the legs for a chance for the first "through the legs" 300 in abc bowling, only because i heard a cheer 2 pairs over and new the high game pot was won, then rolled 279 with a ten pin spare in the 7th, off the sheet, then solid 9 pin spare, off the sheet 290 respectively the last game...859, anyone know one anything higher in ABC history? This is a sad topic n shows only the state of the sport of our game...perhaps this new "sport" condition bowling will bring some integrity into the game a lil. I hope so

I am not sure if doing that would even be legal. You are only supposed to change your because of injury or disability. If bowler finds it necessary to change delivery from right to left-handed or vice versa, the league's board of directors, by majority vote, may permit the bowler to change delivery. If you used both hands or switched hands it wouldn't count and would be unfair tactics.

well i threw the ball through my legs with my right hand. i didn't change hands or use both, i was goin for the strike it just didn't work out. i figured what fun would it be to bowl 300 and tie the pot, when i could go for the first 300 ever through the legs. i guess it just goes to show that some of us still like to bowl on walls, where as i like to bowl on lanes. thanx
