I think our Best team team over the years was Roudy Rollers with a picture of a Skunk with a bowling ball on the back of the shirt.
Right now we'er using Better Than (as in Better than last year) sam

I'm starting a new league tonight and my team name is going to be " balls deep" On my wed night league we are called " lane around". I don't much care for that one. Over the summer we were called " just bowl" again, don't care to much for that one. I like a name that the other teams just look at you funny when they say it. Either there confused about the meaning or there just emberraced to say it. It's all in fun.

Some of the responses have been great! (I'm thinking of using Balls Deep next season!!ROFL)
Anyway, in our summer mixed league we've used; Babes and Balls Here 4 Beer The 5 Pins LotsALuck
Some others that are pretty good; Tidy Bowlers Lucky Strikes We Stink The Bar Mades (correct spelling)

The last league I was in, my team captain being the comedian that he was, changed our team name every week (or tried to). I think after the 7th week we were not allowed to change our name. It was stuck on: Mohabib and the Nubian Terrors No, no one was named Mohabib, no one was Nubian and no one was a terrorist; it was an arbitrary name. It was quite funny to hear the league coordinator pronounce it at the awards dinner. Other team names were: What's Up? (stemmed from the Budweiser catch phrase) Holy Bowlers (a Ned Flanders type team) Wolfpack In grammar school, I remember everyone picking WWE(then WWF) tag team wrestling names: Demolition Strike ForceLegion of Doom Rockers

Best one I used to know of was
No Cha(F)nce
I was the President of the league and had to call the name out at the end of season awards

Great names! I too was part of a team called SNAFU, and was also part of FUBAR (F*&@#$ Up Beyond All Repair). The one team I'm on now, since we are all throwing Storm equipment (Except for one member) we are known as the " Storm Troopers". (Myself and one other member were also military) Thought it might be interesting.
