Going to my first tournament tomorrow. It's a Double's Tourney in Bluffton, Indiana. Going there with the crew I bowl with on Tuesday. Kinda nervous but getting excited since I've had a good start to the year so far. I also get to use last years average since i dont have enough games in so far. Should be a fun time, I'll update you later on how it goes.

Yeah, good luck and keep us updated! (I love it when I use last year's average! I always win a scholarship when that happens because I've always improved!)

Well Bluffton was a neat little bowling alley. Only about 20 Lanes and alot of real nice people. Me and my doubles partner put up a real nice 4 game series. With handicap we rolled a 1914 series which ends up being about a 239 average with handicap apiece. I believe we're in first place right now, but it keeps going til december.

Myself I shot 172 and 199 on first pair of lanes. Then a 178 and 220 on the second pair of lanes. Over my entering average all day and all in all it was alot of fun.

Hey Madaba, keep me posted if any big scores get posted.

Thanks Guys and Gals for all the positive feedback. The tournament was fun and I would of enjoyed it no matter how we bowled. Gives me some excitement and motivation to enter some more. And like you said Dennis, a little money in the pocket never hurt!!

Good shooting T Reed. Sounds like you were able to keep the nerves under control and bowl good in a house your not acustomed to. Bowling with people that you know is a big help also. Good luck and keep us updated on how you do.
