If I'm not mistaken that's the 6-10 not the 7-10. Still a good spare especially for cosmic but much easier to convert than a 7-10.

It was the 6-7 split. The only way to really tell from 80 feet away is from seeing the 6 slide into the 7. Still, for the kind of bowler, that was a great shot.
And Lefty, how did you pick up the 4-6? Bounce out or "shave slide"? I've never picked up the 4-6, but I've picked up the 4-6-7 twice, 4-6-10 once, and the "big 4" (4-6-7-10) twice.

Threw the ball about 100mph and double kissed the 4 pin on the curtain and it bounced back out and hit the 6 square.

Sounds like how I picked up my 7-10 back in 1992...rocket to the 10, pin bounced off the cushion, off the ball, and rolled around over to the 7. Talk about a booster. I was in the midst of a horrible game, didn't finish great (180), but threw back to back 220's. That was the first time I ever saw it made in person.

I have picked up the 6-7-10 (difficult for lefties), the 4-7-10 (easier for lefties), the 6-8 (twice in one game), and the 8-10 (hit the 8 on the outside, bounced out the pit into the 10).
Still have yet to witness anyone pick up the 4-6. Closest was a guy throwing hard at the 6, bouncing it off the backstop and going off the wall right past the 4. Noboby else I've ever seen come close.
