regular speed approaches and releases: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qd7SsZtU2Zk

slomo releases: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=465-PR-q6pY

Things I know are wrong:

1. My balance. Need a lot of work on that.
2. I have a condition where my feet turn in when I walk, that also doesnt help.
3. Sometimes I break my wrist. When I realized it, I threw the brace on.
4. I need to learn to release the ball in the same place every time I throw a first ball.
5. I'm not very smooth.

Other than that and how to fix them, tear me apart. Any kind of criticism and help you can give me would be great.

EDIT: The videos haven't gone live yet, apparently. They are still processing and should work soon. I'll make another edit when they are live

Update: The slomos are up, but the regulars arent yet

Brian & Erin and others correct me if im wrong but i believe Pat K that your feet are fast cause timming issues that cause you to be off balance and the line and not being consitant. You need to slow you feet down so you have better control and more balance.

Pat K, slow down!! You are going too fast and pulling your arm through. This causes the out of balance. You should end on your slide foot, not fall off to the side. Balance yourself over your sliding foot with arm extended. Slowing down your first step will help. Don't rush the line.

You turn your wrist at the bottom of the backswing and occasionally come out of the ball with your fingers on top of the ball. Keep your hand behind the ball through the armswing.

You need to focus better. You missed your target repeatedly. Pulling your arm through will cause this.

I've tried to slow down my approach, but every time I do my armswing gets out of synch and I don't know what to do with it. Where should my arm be on each step (and how many steps should I be taking from the 2nd line of dots)?. I have to work on keeping that wrist straight and behind the ball, which I have been practicing. What do you mean by pulling my arm through? Thanks for all the help guys

the balance issue could be due to your last step didnt step in. What i read from some article says that you have to step in nearer to your ball to achieve balance. typically slide feet is about 7 board away from the ball. hope thats help. it can also be timing issue when off balance.

I view your slow motion clip. your timing looks ok. according to walter ray video, he say a good timing is 1st step push, 2nd step ball should be at the bottom of swing, third step should be up behind the swing, fourth step should reach the foul line before your ball reach the foul line or the back of your ankle. i suspect your timing is alright, just have to work on your last step to be closer to the ball.
