Male, 48, 5' 10", 170 lbs, 15 lb ball (average creeping up to 184). I restarted bowling as an adult and everyone suggested the 15 lb ball was the new "standard". Up to age 18 used 16 lb ball.

Male, 6', 260, 32, 15 pound equipment. Dropped from 16 to 15 pound equipment 7 years for more control and a little more deflection at higher entry angles.

Now why would you ask some of the ladies on this board for their age and weight?

I often wondered why they don't list women basketball players like men basketball players in College. You know like, she's a 6'6, 225 pound, power forward that bench presses 300 pounds. Or a 7', 280 pound center. I guess women are just more sensitive about that stuff. And, that's OK.
