My three sons came up with "The Wicked Pins" for their team name...they even have a mascot. He is a small plastic skeleton they rub for luck, hence his name, "Lucky".

On the scratch league I bowl our teams must be named after animals...I am on the "Bad News Bears".

My teammates asked what we were going to name our team; I said "I Don't Know" and it stuck!

Here is two other names of winter teams I'm on.
Oh Whatever and Just 4 Fun

The league name that I am on is, ironically, Just 4 Fun. My team name is White Tigers and there are a few others names Brew Crew, you can tell where there passion is, and Channel Cats.

"Dead Money" - A poker term related to a non-skilled player who enters a game with no chance of taking the pot.

"LostBoyz" - My Monday night league name and boy are we lost!

"Splits Happen" - 'Nuff said...

"Avengers" - They avenged nothing in that league. <G>

"Snackers" - Now this all lady team could eat! When they weren't talking, that is. They were always the last team to finish on league nites, though. We knew it was going to be a late night when we bowled against them.

"FreeBoarders" - A great bunch of junior bowlers who, invariably, took first place in their league. Their gimmick was they dressed like ski bums the whole season.

My two team names are NUNYA and OTMFS. I can't spell out the second one (use your imagination), but the first one can be used in many ways (again, a few I can't repeat here).

When I was in high school we had an all boys team and we called ourselves "Da Boyz Wit Da Ballz".

Most recent team names have been called "Unusual Spares", & "Shot Down in Frames".
