I am a mechanic in a 16 lane center (6 five pin, 10 ten pin). I am having a very big problem with my five pin machines. I have mendes machines models 100 or CP-C5. The manual I have is for both types so I am not sure which one I have. They are one of the first ones they made I have been told. My problem is that the manual I have is not all that good. I am in Canada and BFT Bowling in Quebec is the only company I know that supplies parts and service and I have had a bad experience with them in the past so I really need some help. I would really like help in getting my hands on a troubleshooting manual. If anyone can help I would appreciate it and would be in their debt for life.

Mendes went bankrupt in 2001, their assets were purchased by a company in Spain called Fenix, they are now known as Fenix Bowling.
