Is it ok to use clean n' dull 2 or 3 times a week or could it damage my ball?

Ive never heard of it hurting the coverstock of a ball. I just find spray cleaners easier to use after regular bowling. Then once a month I hit my dull and matte equipment with it for a deeper cleaning.

I use it once a week, after the last night of bowling for that week. Then depending on the surface of the ball I either rough it up or apply polish
