Ok so i have about 30 or 40 games into my x-factor. Its got a pearl cover stock on it. I want to clean the ball but I don't want to kill the coverstock on it and dull it up. I searched up cleaning and I found a lot of people putting it in sinks with soaps and hot water? I guess i'm just curious what way to get the oil out of this ball. I use a brunswick cleaner after I bowl and before usually but its just to clean, it doesn't get any oil out. Any suggestions are appreciated.

When I had a problem with oil absorption on my triple x-factor, I tried several cleaners and polishes. Nothing worked very well for restoring the original reaction.

I finally contacted Storm and they sent me a small bottle of Reacta-Clean. It removes the oil and restores the reaction very well. Just spray it on, wait a few seconds and wipes it off.

They also recomend Reacta-Shine to polish the Triple X-factor, but I haven't tried it.
