can anyone help what do the track lines on your ball tell you, can they help you to ball better.
or is it to get the ball drilled better for you?
wher can you find out more?

Your track line is an indicator of your release. Knowing your track can be valuable information, especially if your current track is one of the less desirable ones. A driller can use your track to locate your PAP (positive axis point), the PAP is then the starting point for laying out a drilling pattern. The site below will explain it in more detail.

what about flair where should the flair lines go?
ie next to the finger holes?
because my flair point , the point where all the tracks cross moves from time to time?

If you see the "track flare" pattern it means your ball changes axis as it proceeds down the lane. Generally that is a good thing because the part of the ball in contact with the lane is constantly being refreshed which helps the ball to hook. I don't know what if anything can be gleened by looking at the flare pattern, you will have to wait for one of the "experts" to weigh in on that issues.
