I'm looking about buying a new bowling bowl. I want a ball that has a good backend, but goes long on medium oil conditions. I've been looking at the Storm X-Factor and the Storm Shock Trauma. Any tips on which i should go for?

You may have to wait for a report on the X-Factor since they are just hitting the stores this week. Should be a good ball though.

As far as the Shock Trauma goes, I've heard nothing but good reports on them. Keep in mind, anyone's report on any ball is their opinion which doesn't mean that you will get the same results as them, good or bad. Your best bet would be to speak with your local Pro Shop operator to see which ball and drilling options would be best suited for you.

I will tell you, from personal experience I am very happy with Storm products. But again, that's only my opinion!!!!!!!! Whatever you choose, good luck.

so far the reviews i have read about the x-factor were all good it has a skid snap reaction. people also said that it carries good too keeping the pins low.

the shock trauma is an ok ball i have it myself and i rarley use it because it is for heavy oil or long oil im thinking about sanding it 1500 so i can use it more often.
