If you are really running into DRY DRY conditions, then a good old White Dot will do wonders.
Layouts of the balls would be determined by the driller when informed of your game. High tracker, lower tracker, speed, revs, etc. etc. But usually for drier conditions you are looking at longer pin and CG placements along with polished up coverstocks to aid the ball in getting down the lane and retaining energy.
