Record should consist Time + Games + Total Pin Fall. Example: "Most Pin fall in 24 ours" (Highest total score in a certain time)
Dave Wilson bowled 375 games in 66hrs & 22 min. and average almost 6 games per hour, and average (almost 160) When I heard of this unofficial record I wanted to see how many games I can bowl in an hour going my fastest, I managed to bowl 16 games in that hour and averaged 207, that's bowling 8 of the games with my opposite hand. I know my pace can not even come close to 16 not even 10 within 24 hours, especially 66 in a half hours. I just requested and waiting for a reply from the guys from GWR to attempt to beat the longest hours bowled, the amount of games bowled, but I think it would make it more interesting see how long and how many games it would take me to bowl 100,000 points. And if i feel capable to go over 100 hours, my score would be pretty high and a beginner bowler like the guy who set 100 hours of bowling would make it much tougher and longer to beat the score. Record should be set by the total score within the time + amount of games bowled ,so this way the game of bowling keeps its spirit and the respect of bowling and all bowlers who goes out to have a great time with friends, family, or/and co-workers to try to achieve their highest game every time he/she throws the ball. The game of bowling sets an equal amount of games when we bowl league or tournament and within the amount of games like most league play (for example is 3) and you bowl a single series score of 858 and your limit is only 3 games, it would suck if you have some crackhead that throws a six pound ball and bowls a score of 58 for 15 games and beats you by 12 points. THAT IS NOT BOWLING! Attempting a record in a any sport, the rules of the game should apply with the record, please someone out there agree with me. If anyone else have any thoughts, suggestions, or opinion about this subject, please let me know and reply ASAP before I attempt this record to raise money for my 5 & 9 year old boy's school. Dave Wilson, I would like to hear from you about your experience while attempting the record and see if you can help on different ways of raising money like you did for your event. great Job on your achievement. In my
book as a bowler, you still have the record. Suresh Joachim was the guy who bowled for 100 hours. He bowled 34 more hours than you did but only was able to beat the amount of games you bowled by 71 games. Your pace would of almost had 600 games. And I bet with those 436 games Suresh Joachim bowled he didn't beat your total score. Wish me luck!
