I just ordered my new Black Hammer 2001, still waiting for it to come in. Just wanted to hear anyones opinion on it, if you have used it. Should i alter the cover in any way. Thanks.

Hello new bowler, I think you will really like your Hammer 2001, I love mine. As far as changing the surface of the ball I would wait and bowl with it for a while on a variety of lane conditions first, this will allow you to see what the ball will do and how it reacts in the box condition.
