Hi every one how do you get a bowling ball not
to get to the breakpoint and not take out the
center. I have tried to change my hand position
speed and rotation i dont understand what more
can i do, or try. when the lanes have oil im
ok but when the lanes start to dry i cant seem
to get my ball not to bit so hard, And i use a
pearl ball with a high shine on it.

Have you tried moving your feet and your mark? Two common moves are moving your feet 2 and your mark 1, or moving your feet 4 and your mark 2.

Generally people move 2-1, but if there are a couple people playing close to your line or just inside your line, a 4-2 move might be what is needed.

Resin balls require oil to get down the lane. Move into the oil towards the center of the lane. See lefty's post above.

Mike, you shot a 292 (on your bio)? How did you manage that? That's the hardest score in bowling to get, not to mention the last score ever to be bowled.

yes i have shot a 292 before and that's when
i was still learing how to bowl a curve ball
and what i mean by take out the center pins
is this the ball makes a move to the pocket
and come's in with so much force that it leaves
a 7-10 split. And the last thing is for lorok
you need not post answers like that i need help
not smart remarks thank's anyway ill have to find
out on my own.

Actually, Mike, lorak's response was correct, your original question was not very clear.

He post wasn't a smart remark. I guessed at what you were asking.. it's wasn't all that clear.

So while you were learning, you did this?

calm down there tough guy. first off i didn't post an answer, i responded with a question because i wansn't sure what you were referring to and i wanted to understand better to possibly offer some advice. second, i'm sure that i speak for others on here that you do not need to lie about scores here to gain any kind of respect. third, when i have problems with pocket shots that leave the 7-10 split i move a board or maybe a half board right to come in high flush which seems to help. at the worst i usually get a makeable spare shot from that.
