Well today I am feeling better about myself then
I have ever felt. I had lessons from my Pro Shop
operator who is cert. coach. He is high average bowler
and became a coach after he opened the Pro Shop.
His name is william and he worked with me today.
He showed me just what I needed. He has me moving
left on approach when shot has started to disappear. I started on 25 and he said no good move to 32 and hit middle arrow or 20bd. Score meant nothing all i wanted to do was get to the
pocket make strikes or pick up my spares with consistency. Well that has happened. That was on
right lane. On left lane he had me on 34 and hitting 4th arrow. Still I got it wrong. He said
you are walking right instead of straight. Well
guess what i got it and all i have to do is adjust the shot if its not right. I am so happy i
could fly. Next time i email it will be second
first place finish for me and my team on sunday. bowling joel

Joel, that's awesome that you now have a coach who will help you become the bowler that you would like to become. You seem very optimistic about your new coach and how you will progress. I'm very happy for you. Just make some practice sessions and practice on what he wants you to work on. And before you make a practice sessions to work on what your coach taught you I would jot down some notes of what you learned while it's still fresh in your mind. That's what I used to do when I studied under my first bowling coach. Don't be so hard on yourself if you got some of the things that you learned from your coach wrong. Your body is not used to change but if you work enough on it in your practice sessions your body will get used to it. It's what is called muscle memory. Keep up with the good work and let me know of your progress from time to time.

Sunday came and sunday went. We finished 2nd place
but I feel we should have had first. My two team-
mates were at tournament in Aurora but the league
let them prebowl and my other teamate and I bowled
for the championship by ourselves with prebowled
scores. It was not the same without them there and
we got smashed. I have left the team for the next
season and asked to be put on another team. That
I could not let happen again. I have been bowling
since age 17 and never had a teamate go to a tour-
ment when the championship was on the line. I will never let that happen again. They will pay
for what they have done. Even though I will do nothing more to punish them then to go to another
team. I will bowl in a summer league this year.
Until next time, bye for now. bowling joel

First let me say the thumb problem is solved. Second the bowler problem is solvd. I had two quality lessons from PattyAnn and Cliff the two
instructors I told you about at last notes. I
did what they showd me and all I can say is that
I can't talk a good game I must go and do it. I now have the tools and I am ready at age 64 to really fly. After my second lesson i practiced two
games. First ok i was nervous about outcome 166.
second / x rail and 9 big ones in a row for 256.
No more talking, just doing. bowling joel I have
come a long way baby. thumbsup love
