I confirmed they are tied to the same prize fund, an add'l entries is just to 'better your score'. The bowler in our group who went last year said the conditions were consistent. he also liked the No Tap squad, but I don't think he cashed in anything. He mainly went to get the new bowl.

dalion, did your friend mention anything about the oil pattern? Long, short, flat etc.

I'd like to hear what some of the good bowlers here think of these patterns, the type of balls and surfaces to use and line to throw. I realize these factors will be different depending on each bowler's physical game and skills. Bill

This is what I got from him:
"Lane conditions were consistent, not long oil, not short oil. Playing 3rd arrow was the most consistent line, trying to play down an in, couldn't get the ball to recover enough, kept hitting light"

He's a stroker so doenst have as much hook as a cranker would.
