Hi everyone,
It's been awhile since I've posted. Just got back to bowling again after a 2.5 year layoff. Honestly, I think it was a good break for me as I was able to break some bad habits and improve my release. (Which has been something I was working on for a long time... And still am)
Anyway, here are a couple vids of the same shot. Please let me know what you guys think I should focus on and what not. Right now I am trying to make this more consistent and not let bad habits creep back in (which happens in pressure situations for me).

I'm also going to make another thread soon when I get some vids of my girlfriend bowling. I'm having some trouble coaching her game... I taught her how to bowl about 4 months ago.

Thanks in advance!

I got nothin. Your balance and rhythm look great to me. I was holding off hoping to see someone who is better at diagnosis than I am . . .

For your girlfriend, it looks like she drops the ball. Her rhythm also looks pretty good. But she does hold the ball low, so there's not much down motion, which swings back to the backswing so she has to use muscle to bring the ball up, yes?

but I wonder if her ball is a touch heavy. She does look like she has a hard time holding it through release. . .

iconz116, everything looks good other than during the pushaway place the ball over your right knee not outside of your body.

As your girlfriend here goes.
Her drop into the swing is early. It show at here release point still sliding as the ball is being release.Ask her to move the elbow in line with her knee then drop the ball into the swing.

At the release point she doesn't keep her side tilt and stands straight up.Keeping side tilt will help her release also.
