Last night sucked. Plain and simple. 246, 183, 144. I was fine, then my line, carry, everything just went out the window. I'm just glad my team picked me up and we still won 7 points.

We start tonight- looking forward to it. We finished summer league last week, so no break for us.

Well guys, here's to the "Fall Season"! I started off about as expected I guess... Only bowling one house/league this year, and asking this house for at least a consistent shot, is like asking God to win the lottery... Better off praying for something else.

196, 208, 185... This was from the 26th, as we do not bowl on Labor day in this league.

Posted in the league thread but 195, 244, 211 for me last night. Hopefully that helps us in this week's matchup because I know my VL average is going to go way up now. Good luck tonight Fin smile

233-213-209-655. Definitely not how I wanted to start, but it could have been worse. I think I left 4-5 splits, and they all seemed to be on a string of 3-4 strikes.

We bowled a team that had a couple of righties playing inside 4th arrow, which I'm pretty sure caused a little unusual transition for me and my lefty teammate. Plus, my teammate was throwing a brand new Primal Rage, so my condition, which started out quite conducive to high scores, broke down rather quickly. I said jokingly after the first game (233)- "I've dug myself quite a hole already." Little did I know it would get deeper. The good thing, though, is that will most likely be one of my worst nights (I hope it is, anyway), so I see much room for improvement!

I was just messing with you Fin. I know that I had a lot more transition that I normally would because of one of the guys bowling with me. He is on Storm's amateur staff. He started out throwing a Byte, and then the Reign On. He moved to the Marvel-S for about 8 frames before he settled on the IQ Tour. They are all at factory finish so the Byte didn't do a lot to the surface of the lane but the rest did. I noticed the biggest difference when he was throwing the Marvel. I am inside of most people when we bowl and have to move up to 5 boards. If I would have stayed with the same ball, I would have had to move about 13 at the arrows.

I place our lost 3rd game on me. No way I should only shoot a 144.

Long way to go- I'm probably as dissatisfied with my 209 as you are with your 144. Do we use our established avg now? I sure hope so.
