Hello all, after throwing this ball all I can say is this ball is great on a lot of different shots and adapts very well to a lot of different areas. I hope you get to throw it at some point because this thing is a gem! Enjoy the video!

Nice vid sk8. I was pretty sure I knew what ball I'd be getting next, now I'm a little confused smile

And to give you a little more insight, I actually found out that the center modified the THS a little bit, its now 43' and the volume went from 19mL to 25mL so it actually hooks quite a bit more than it looks in the video.

I am hoping in the next couple reviews I will be able to start getting the house to put out some sport patterns so that I can show the difference on a THS as compared to that of a Sport Pattern because that is where some of these bowling balls can really shine.

The THS makes every ball look somewhat similar where sport patterns are where you can see how strong an aggressive ball really is.

Thanks again and I know what you mean about ball choices, there are so many good balls that just came out (for Storm/Roto which is where my experience is, obviously lol) that its hard to figure out which "good" ball to get next. Every review I do (for the most part) I think, this is the best ball out right now and its quickly outdone it seems.

I liked how you can see the ball tracks on the lane in this video. Very interesting and it actually reveals quite a bit to me.

Yeah the new surfaces and abundance of construction in the building causes a slight "film" of dust particles on the oil surface so it makes it very easy to see the ball tracks. You can see them just as easy in person without having to bend down or lay on the floor, which is the first time I have ever seen them be that noticeable.

Thank you Joe, its great to be working hand in hand with buddies as well as bowlingball(dot)com now. Definitely makes the work feel that much better when I know its going out there for a larger audience to get to see, hopefully things keep going the way they have been these last few months.

are you close to Ormond Lanes? i think that is the website you speak of right? i plan to go over there and try a few balls, get my PAP and rev rate, etc... maybe this week.

my hope is to come away with a ball, but, i wish i could try some stuff out without having to buy something the first trip. i'm thinking i may need a couple sessions even if it means not purchasing the very first day unless it feels like i can make a solid choice.

i cant think of anywhere else near me i would buy from. i prefer new balls over used ones in case i happen upon that magic combination of feel and reaction. if i remember they have a fairly long 40+' house shot with plenty of Units of oil.

Hmmm... Deltona is closer. i'm sure the drillers are capable but, if there is a fine line between the two places, where would you go in my shoes? i'm looking for who will actually take time and have no attitudes of course. i've met a few that i would not even consider trying to work with. i'd be a new face for sure. let me know which place you would go. also, do you have an address for the place in Deltona?
