Firstly I was starting inside about as far as I am at the end of the night so that was different and the pin carry was crazy. First game front 5 then 7-10 split in the tenth that looked flush 193. Next game front 5 then split 6,7,8, Off the sheet to save 178. The third game front 8, ringing 10 236. I know not huge numbers but the accuracy increase from not over turning my hand/arm I feel is going to go a long way the rest of the season.

Glad to hear you saw something that helped you improve Rocket, that is my goal with these videos!

I also have some footage in High Speed from the ball side, would you all be interested if I put together some shots from the side so you can see that view as well?

Thank you for the great video.
Yes, I think the side view would be interesting.
I pretty much watched it frame by frame. It appears to me
to be a cupped to uncupped release. The hand breaks back
as thumb comes out with fingers following.
Any way playing on dry lanes where the ball wants to hook
way too early,so I decided to let my wrist break back through
the release. I got whole different ball reaction, more forward roll just enough hook to get a roll through the pins.
I always thought that a breaking wrist was a big no no.
So I learned something from your video.I was using a 12lb reactive ball.
