Your fingers aren't comming up the side of the ball. You hand is on top of the ball instead of behind it. Your wrist is broken back in spite of your wrist brace.
EDIT: At this point, your fingers should be at about the equator of the ball, not on top of it.
EDIT2: My guess is that your fingers and thumb are comming out at about the same time and that is causing you to
Track over the thumb hole. If your kept your hand behind the ball more and had your thumb exit before your fingers, I think your
Track would move down (along with adding more revs).
