With results like that, how could you not love it? Haha

Thanks for the vid slate. It sure does look good going down the lane.

Well I got to throw it 1 game last night. There was a ton of oil out there for warm ups and the first 2 games. Could not make it move the way I wanted at that time to it went back in the bag. By the end of the 2nd they were breaking down so figured i would give it a try. Ended up channeling my inner Walter Ray and throwing up the up board 3 to 4 and it just rolled right to the pocket. no large hook or anything just a night even roll. Have never had a ball that would do that before. I was throwing hard for me at about 17.5 to 17.9 MPH. Again like said before the ball was very controllable and when it hit the pocket it exploded. Ended up with a 216 for the last game with 1 open (me missing an easy spare like normal)

Sorry i did not reply was out of town then have not been online in a while. Looks like yours is close to mine. Just threw the frantic in my first team tournament today and shot a 700 with it. my first 700 in a long time. This ball is great. Very nice even movement. Very easy to control. I recommend this ball to anyone.

I've seen Alex Aguiar (who recently joined Storm's amateur staff) throw one here on both our THS and "Dead Man's Curve" (can't tell you the layout or surface on either, though), so he must like it.

Hey Taylor, I am researching the Alpha-Max and saw you got one earlier this year. Now you are using a Frantic? Did you not like the Alpha, or are you just tinkering?

I am trying to get a stronger (Angular, as Brunswick calls it) hook from my Slingshot.

stronger and angular are not the same...a stronger similar look to the slingshot would be say a loaded revolver. angular = asymmetrical, a more defined sharper movement off the breakpoint.

good luck, unless you double thumb the slingshot with a ton of surface, it just isn't made to do that.

you get more of an angular line with asymmetrical balls, I don't know how you guys are comparing "layouts" by taking pictures, what are your pap's and specs? speed, revs, tilt rotation, etc.

look over here to learn about the dual angle layout technique...MUCH more in depth, takes MOST of the guesswork about layouts...out.

dual angle layouts

edit: apparently posting a URL is against the rules...
