Tom I am working on the same things. Trying to slow down my aproach and not yank the ball at the bottom of the swing. I went and pract with my son on Sunday night and thru a 678 series the best one i have done is well over a year so hopefully that will continue on for me tomorrow night. Plus Connor ( my son) and I won a family doubles tourney on Sat so we now go to round 2 the first part of Dec. Looking forward to that.

Great bowling everybody. Hopefully, we match up well in the VL and win some games. My scores this week - 211, 216, 236 for a 663 series. Considering my slow start this year, I was pretty happy with that. My teammates bowled well and we won 7 of 7 points for the third week in a row. It's nice to be climbing the standings after sitting in next to last place for a few weeks.

Nice shooting Joe, I was happy with my scores last night as well, had a 203, 167, 202. for a 572. Middle game i should have made a ball change but didnt and ended up opening the 3 and 4th with splits and opened the 10th frame with a split as well. So I changed balls for the 3rd game and got my line back. Oh well one of these days I will make the ball change at the right time and string 3 good games. But a 190 avg for last night is def good for me and I will take it.

pretty average night from me this week, 179,174,181=534

just couldn't put 2 good shots together all night, changed balls, lines and hand positions but nothing worked. lucky i could spare! left 5 10 pins which is strange for me being a lefty, but only one 7 pin for the night. our center replaced all the pins this week and the new ones were pretty stubborn about going down it seemed. always next week! good luck guys, Upriser.

Had a bi polarish night again lols but a good night. started with the wrong ball. the one i never start with but it was working in warm ups so i started with it and did not work at all. Ended game 1 with a 159. then went back to my anarchy which is my normal starting ball and my benchmark ball. found my line right away and never looked back. 2nd game was a 251 3rd was 249. ened with my best series of the year at a 659. was very happy tonight.

I had a terrible week. It took me a couple days to even be able to think about bowling again.

164 137 133

I think I only made 4 spares all night.

On a positive note, I had a good practice today. I bowled 6 games and found my strike shot. 201 and a couple of 192s mixed with some others. A bad first game (124 with missed spares) then I found my stroke. A bunch of strikes mixed with a bunch of ringing 10 pins.

Great bowling, all. It sounds funny, but "Go-o-o-o Bipolar!"

For me, I was overdue for an equipment overhaul. I usually like to do that in the summer, but it was delayed by circumstances this year. Anyway, I rediscovered my drill press, and punched out 4 of 6 new balls. I practiced with 3 of them on Saturday, and used them for the first time in league last night.

I was pretty happy with the results.
Game 1 - Hammer Infection - 227
Game 2 - Taboo Electric Blue/Silver - 233
Game 3 - Grape Vibe - 257
It was a clean set, for a 717 series. Best of all, I did not need my spare ball to shoot a 7 pin all night. I did leave a few 8's, 9's, and 10's on apparent good hits though, but not complaining.

Keep up the great bowling guys. Who knows, we may win this thing!
