Suggestions to better my technique is greatly appreciated..
I'm particularly concerned with my backswing.. I've been working on that for quite some time now, still it ends up looking like that. This problem is really affecting my game in terms of accuracy and consistency (which is the name of the game)

Sorry this is the only video i have.. I'll try to update this with a side view video..

Thanks in advance

The first thing beyond the obvious pulling the ball way behind your back, is the push away and the start of the swing is late.

The ball should be dropping into the swing when your right foot hits the ground. That, plus the pulling the ball behind you makes you really slow your feet down robbing you of power.

I think your position at the foul line is real good, with a good knee bend. I think just changing your push away to start at the right time, and letting the ball swing freely will help. It should allow you to get a much better power step and slide since you won't be waiting for the ball to come back down.

What weight is your ball?

I'm throwing 15 lbs (i'm currently 162 lbs). Yup, I keep pulling the ball at the back unintentionally. I even changed my approach to crossover from my old straight walk thinking my leg is getting on the way of my swing.. still no success. It's really frustrating during league games.
