Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to make some suggestions, regarding some of the certification courses that USBC had introduce.

Firstly, I have seen that you all starting to make more useful and interesting certifications. Like LEAGUE SECRETARY, LEAGUE PRESIDENT and LEAGUE TREASURER. But why don't just merge them all into one single big course and name it as LEAGUE Administrative, it will just make things easier. We just have to take the exam of all the 3 modules, before we can obtain the grand certificate.

Secondly, I would like to suggest on. Making a new certification call Fundamental Of Two Handed Bowling. We all know that two handed bowling is starting to gain its popularity, after Jason Belmonte has won his first title.

As we know that, bowling in the first place is to be play by using one hand. But since now the game has changed, USBC been spending money for the research of the two handed bowling and stuff. Why don't introduce a new certification course for that? Where people can learn to coach people to become two handed bowlers, learning the layouts for two handed bowlers and etc. It will be something really interesting.

Reply:

Thanks for the suggestions, I will send this to the rules department as well, since they are handling the Online League information. We started teaching coaches about two-handed bowling in our Bronze Level Certification Courses in 2008, the information will become a part of the online courses in the future.

Thanks,
Teresa

i dont respect anyone who bowls with 2 hands. to me its like a 6 year old kis throwing his fathers ball between his legs. if you cant bowl with one hand and your over 10 years old go to a lighter ball or just dont bowl. maybe i just think more old school but 2 hands isnt bowling its fooling around.
