Looks like your first step is too long and doesn't cross over. The ball-side leg should cross over in order to allow the ball to pass by.
The ball comes off way past your foot. This causes a loss of leverage. Perhaps that's due to the thumb hole pitch or perhaps you're holding onto the ball.

The swing looks pretty loose. (that's good)

I would suggest a little more knee bend, and getting lower in the delivery.
Other than that, it looks pretty good, nice n loose.

You don't need to cross over - just took a look at a bunch of slo-mo pro approaches and they don't cross over (most of them - might be one that I missed) . .

I think you should definitely have your ball side foot step in front of your other foot so the ball can clear your hip. Your first step should step directly in front of your left foot or even cross over a bit if necessary. The ball takes the space where your right leg use to be. This will also help the ball release near your ankle instead of it releasing about 8 inches from your ankle.

new video of the same guy ,now he changed his shoes! i think he should hinge the ball instead of carrying it so far to the front cause this couses timingproblems ,what do you think! .He is late with his feet because of the long steps and the long pushaway!

Not sure what the deal is with the practice swing before takeoff??? When he does that, his timing is way early... he's practically running to catch up with the ball. The first video looked better. Tell him to stop that practice swing deal... all that's going to do is get him in the habit of squeezing the ball.

I would say the pushaway is a bit long... looks forced. Have him try dropping the ball down and forward... like a 45 degree drop as his first step starts.

At some point, he's going to want/need a stronger wrist/hand position... could start that too. Doesn't need to be much... just enough to be under the ball at the line.

Agree about the knee bend... a little more will get his hand in a better position at the point of release.

Balance looks mostly good... potential is there.

His trail leg looks like mine....non existant. So before he gets too set in his ways, I would work on the finish position including the trail leg.

And eventually work on the arm accelleration at the release point. And a stronger wrist position.

In the case of the guy in the video, could the toe dragging be due to insufficient braking and excessive slide?

Does make it interesting (for someone who's unfamiliar with the free arm swing) to say "let the arm swing freely" and then say "accelerate through the release".
Would it be fair to say the acceleration begins when the hand begins to uncup and come around?
Would this be fair to say even if a player plays straight up behind the ball?
I would then assume one posts at the finish instead of continuing to let the arm swing freely.
Also, is there a preferred posting position in terms of degrees to the lane?
