Would you agree that I'm not low enough to the ground? I was showing my dad this, he used to bowl back in his time. He says I'm so stiff, not flexible and I'm not low enough to the ground, if I get any lower, my long arms are gonna be dragging that ball on the lane. lol

Remember, you don't have to be low to the ground until you push into your slide. Also the ball needs to be low to the ground not your body i.e. drop your shoulder. Maybe instead of thinking low to the ground think close to your ankle, take normal strides to the line but at release get the ball close to your ankle.

Alrighty, sounds good. The sliding part will probably take me some time, as I'm afraid of falling. When I do attempt that deep knee bend slide, I lose balance easily. One guy saw this and told me I should start doing squats.

Interestingly, I was once was able to slide like this with the deep knee bend, but my approach was totally unorthodox, that was when I had no idea what I was doing. I was so low, you wouldnt even hear the ball touch the lane. haha.
