Looks worse than I expected. Sadly, I do not have any side videos, but it would be great if somebody could point out my major flaws based on this flick. The ones I see: late pushaway, backswing behind the back, overmuscled throw and jumping up and down throughout the approach. Anything else? Thanks a lot in advance!

Hard to tell from that angle and the slow motion but it looks like the ball is going behind your back.

Don't worry about the look of your form. Everyone's like that when they see themselves bowl. I thought I had really good form until I started videoing my own bowling. Saw myself flailing my arms and almost standing vertical at release. Video is one of the best tools for not only coaches but fixing your own game. A lot of us 'know' how to bowl, but don't bowl how we know until we actually see how we bowl.
