Its a shame there aren't more big names on the list. They probably don't want to be compared to the bowlers of a few generations past.

Did you check the exempt and non-exempt lists? Only big name I see missing from the American bowlers is Norm Duke.

What big names do you wish to see there is a second page of exempt bowlers that includes pete Weber ,brian voss,Jason Belmonte,Parker Bohn III,,,

Most of the exempt field is in....

Valenta is not in yet....He has to qualify through the TQR's first.

Oops, my booboo. Hmm...are some of the non-exempt people amateurs? (What does it mean to be "exempt" anyway?)

BTW, I saw that Osku was in Dubai recently. Seems he's busy with other events.

Exempt bowlers are automatically in the actual tournament. Those that are non-exempt bowl in the Tour Qualifying Round (TQR) prior to the start main tournament. Some who participate in the TQR are amateurs, but most are PBA card holders.
