Hi Coaches , here we have a member of our club . His Timing was totally wrong so i gave him this drill to improve it . At the moment his timing is still a little to early and he has no sliding at his last step which makes the timing even earlier.we are working on it .What else do you see!?

I see his push away being cut short a little, I think if he took the ball a little higher before dropping it into the swing and made the move a little bit more round like a C shape at the beginning instead of just pushing the ball down, it would help delay his timing to where his slide will be completed before he lets the ball go.

He should look into getting some right handed bowling shoes, this will prevent his feet from sliding out from under him as he heads into the slide and also allow him to go into the slide toe first instead of heel first.

Good Luck post another video when ready.

Thanks coach jim. I will tell him that! for now i think most important aspect is to get his first two Steps in tune with his Armswing. i had the impression that he is still carrying the ball after the first of his 4 steps is completed .The forward push should be finished by then!! But with holding the ball higher and thinking of the C shape it might work! I will post another video soon and i hope i can get the quality of the Video a bit better without the juddering!
