No dogs here, just cats. No time or yard for a dog. Though I did grow up with dogs and have nothing against them, they are too time consuming for me.

I've always had dogs. Right now I have a beautiful German Shepherd mix that we picked up from the pound 10 years ago. She's very sweet and loves everyone. I couldn't imagine being dog-less.

Many (most?) of the people I bowl with have dogs, but I think that's more because of where we live. People in this area all seem to have dogs.

Two English bulldogs. Brothers from anotha [censored], one year apart. Sakai and Kobe. Sakai is very traditional in his personality and classicly shaped (longer, jacked in the back like a Camaro)--23 hour sleeper, but Kobe has ADD (I joke that there's some OCD as well) but surprisingly clever for the breed, and is more modern in body type, shorter, bigger chest and head.

Sakai doesn't know a strange dog, and plays well with others. Kobe is aloof, especially at Bully dog park meetups and would rather play with people. How these two are even related amazes me.

I 'inherited' three dogs, a Boxer (very pretty dog), a mini-pin (brain-dead little jumper), and a little poodle (smart but ditzy little jumper machine)

Don't have any Don't want any.

I like dogs, but I like quiet. Neighbors with noisy dogs, well...

When I was growing up, my folks raised Great Danes. When my wife and I bought our first house, we wanted to get a dog. She didn't want a Great Dane so we finally agreed on an Akita. We had to put our last one down last year when she was only 6. Our current just turned 1 last month. Here he is this past weekend playing in teh snow.

GP, what a big teddy bear and what a great protector for the twins. I'm sure they love climbing all over him.
