Finally found the time to post my first video. I'm still trying to work on my footwork, timing and staying behind the ball. So, any comments and suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks. smile

Your swing is pretty good, not a lot of muscle involvement there, the one thing I notice is that your timing is on the late side due to your push away starting slightly late and going up as it goes out.

Here the ball should be where the black circle is:

I see that you dip your shoulder at the bottom of your swing. I don't know if this could be worthwhile for improvement.

Your suppose to dip your shoulder from the start to the finish.

1. As you take your 2nd step let your pushaway drop towards your right foot.

This will get the ball behind you on your 3rd step.

Your so late your arm has a arch at the top of the swing.

Your swing is so late that you slow down as you are going into your slide waiting on the ball (very bad).

When you LET the ball drop towards your toe on your 2nd step you will feel like your running towards the line to keep up with the ball. That's a good thing. This will also free up your arm.

You have other issues but first correct your pushaway.
