Who's that, I had the Resurrection drilled differetly then my Terminator. The thought was to get a little more length and maybe a snap. I have a litle trouble with the drillng, as I found too much top weight after. Had to put a balancehole in it, near the RF. That lessened the back end.

I am giong to play around with the thumb hole movement. Shorten the span, and change the pitch.

I find a radically different reaction with different release angles on te Resurrection. 15* flattens out. 30* storms on back end. 45* spins. So, I use the 30 on oil. 15* worked really well on medium oil. So, this may be a more versatile ball then I thought?

Hopefully it will complement my Terminator.

Dennis.. Just give it a little more time, it a fit perfectly into your arsenal.. This season I've been throwing my "Black Diamond" with a light matte finish.. I love the consistent look it gives me for 2 1/2 games or so... Which is major considering I bowl with other lefties this season.. My "Widow Maker" should me arriving this week also, I'm a little more excited then normal.. This is the longest stretch I've gone without buying a new bowl for sometime..

How about Tony Martin leaving L/M to start his own company..

Who's that, when I rolled 16# balls, My Terminator was first out of my bag, quickly followed by my Black Diamond. Depended on the lane condition.

It was a murderous combination for the 3 months I used them. Before I had to lay them down when I dropped in weight.

I have had second thoughts that I should have picked up the BD Reactive or the Black Pearl instead of a second Terminator. But, that still may be in the future.

Good bowling Lak, I went 188-196-230 hit my 600 series and went clean all 3 games both were goals I had set for myself before the first half of league ended.

Funny part was the first 2 games I was upset with myself I was about a half a board off of the pocket leaving bunches of single pins, 7s 4s 5s 10s you name it I left it but I kept covering them up.

Finally the last game I found my spot and was able to stay in it. Oh and another thing which until tonight never was a big issue before, I had to much hook. The last game I was using my tropical ( my spare ball) and was playing 25 7 break at 2 and was crushing the pocket.

So I thought man they are dry tonight but I got to looking at the equipment others were throwing and realized no I was just hooking that much. Hopefully I can remember how I was doing it at practice Thursday night lol.

(Repost from Vl team thread so all those that have been giving me tips could see they are helping)

thank's rocket. I reached one of my season goals also last week in my wednsday league when I bowled a 701 series. now if I can carry a 200+ avg over a league season and roll a 300 game, I will have completed all of my goals.

last weeks games raised my avg from 158 to 162 tonight. i bowled a 149 the first game, really had a hard time, (going through a break-up of a 5 year relationship so im an emotional wreck) but the end of the 1st game started striking. bowled a 190 the 2nd game only opens were 2 splits. then the 3rd game i had another split and then that was it til the 10 frame where i said to myself i got a 200 for sure with 188 after 9 and i choked on a single pin spare it was a 9 which is a very easy spare for me so i was [censored] i ended up with a 197, which i have to be happy with but hitting that 200 mark is a nice thing to see. oh and we won all 3 games. smile

First post here for me in this section:

Monday mixers: 182, 203, 212 - 597 series Avg: 176
Tuesday 5man: 216, 202, 236 - 654 series Avg: 180

Had a very solid night both nights. Had 5 opens across 3 games on Tuesday, strung together 6 strikes on games 2 and 3. Definitely going to bring the averages up from a rough start to the season. Had both my storm t-road solid/pearl re-drilled in week 5 and throwing much better now. Will be pushing hard for a 700 series now!

Tonight's bowling, frame-by-frame (Linked to series sheet on BowlSK)

All of the members of "The 5 G's" can hook it, and the lanes broke down quicker than I'm used to. As a result, I couldn't stay off the nose for a good deal of the night. I migrated in as much as I felt comfortable with and eventually found some success when I started trying to loft it a little. However, that is not really my game, and I eventually lost the left lane. I could take something away from tonight, however: I beat one of the highest-average bowlers in my league scratch in the last game.

Result: 183-145-203=531
Average (21 games): 191
Average for last 9 games: 182
Next week's AVG+1 score: 577

John had a steady night, and Carl got better than he's been later in the night, but the other team didn't make many big mistakes tonight and took all four points, with my team losing total by more than 300 pins.
