Hi all , i am new here and this should be my first post .
just reading what's written has added alot to my knowledge
i am a left hand player , and i have started playing with many good playrs whom are very helpful in advice & tactics .
with all that practise , the stress on my wrist is getting very disturbing . so i tried playing with the right hand and .. found that i could play with both hands but i prefer the left, would appreciate any assistance in releif methods for wrist pain. thanks

It is unusuall for your wrist to hurt assuming that you do not have a prior injury to it and that you are keeping your wrist straight. You could also try using a lighter ball. If you are bowling in a sanctioned league you cannot change arms without re-establishing a new average and you cannot change arms during league play in a three game series. You are supposed to complete the series without changing arms,

Sheldon is right, be sure to keep your wrist straight.
Proshops usually have a variety of wrist supports in all shapes, sizes and price ranges. They can aid you in keeping your wrist straight.Ask at your local shop.
