its been about 5 months since ive bowled or saw coach spr3wr (working 6 days a week.) i managed to go out bowling today and i kept in mind what spr had taught me. what do you guys think of my new release compared to my old one and critique my new videos. thank you.

You are trying to control the ball to the point where you have almost no armswing. This might be caused by the ball not fitting your hand properly, to the point where you have to put a death grip on it. Having a death grip on the ball will cause your swing to be abbreviated like yours is.

around half way through game 2 i thought i was gripping so i relaxed my grip to where i was barely even holding the ball. a few months ago i had a coaching session with spr3wr and he checked my ball. the ball fit the way it should. i must point out that in the videos i was using 2 different balls.

You're not supposed to hold it at all. Try adding some tape.
