My dry lane ball is a Columbia uDot wine; although I'm quickly learning the in's and out's of reactive resin care and prep, is there anything I need to be doing to the urethane to keep it up besides wiping it down afterwards?

Does urethane react to surface changes (like sanding or a ScotchBrite pad) or would this destroy the surface?

Hot water bath to get the oil out. 2000 abralon is a good surface for it. Pads won't hurt it. wipes it down and clean regularly.

Does the urethane soak up oil like the resins? I wouldn't have thought that....

Yes they do. My Natural sweats oil and I only use it as a spare ball most of the time.
