Well here is some more video, after Thursday night and working with the youth coach I was convinced I had conquered my bent arm bad balance arm position, even Jordan Commented on how much better I looked. But today looks like My free swing went away already. Other things I notice looks like I am starting to the left on first step not walking the tight rope, consistency was way better, ended at the foul line not 3 feet away. I added a couple videos of Jordans only bad shots just because he kicked my butt hard today. lol He shot a 642 to my 568.
Im the first shot you can see he hurried and tried to crank the ball causing him to release late, same thing second video but got out of the ball a bit earlier and got a lucky strike.
No side video again when we got ready to shoot it, a couple got on Lane 11 so we couldnt.

The most obvious thing I see is with you feet. You start to walk left a bit then move right on the last step or two I believe.
Okay, you said that already in the post so another thing would be not having your ball come straight down. It looks like it is swaying a bit to the right. You want to replace your right leg with the ball and keep it as close as possible. Not trying to be so cocky about me knowing this, I just watched the Norm Duke training video so...

The first thing I see is the ball going to the right after the start of the swing and your elbow coming away from your body instead of being tight to it. Even in your set up you can see daylight between your body and your elbow, keep it in tight.
It's hard to say without the side video, but it looks as though your timing is late causing you to pull down on the ball before it reaches the top of the back swing. I think you might be taking too long to put the ball in motion, or your feet might be a pinch too quick at the start of your approach. The cadence should be 1 and 2,3,slide you are 1 2 3 slide. The first step should be a pinch shorter than normal the second step should be a pinch longer than normal the third should be short and quick and propel you into the slide. Work on this and keeping your elbow in tighter and just let the ball swing.
If you just let the ball swing with the cadence you have now you will be waiting forever at the line, your subconscious knows this which is why it is forcing you to pull the ball down to catch up with your feet.
You and Jordan can work on this together, you are both starting the ball out to the right and both have the same cadence issue causing the ball to get pulled through.
Thanks guys, and Coach Jim thanks for the link that definitely helped me visualize it better. That must have been what I was doing Thursday night the part where he talks about allowing you to get past the ball better, that is what I could feel.
As far as the flying elbow goes no one has mentioned that before guess everything else was so bad, I will work on that and cadence Thursday and let you know how it goes

I watched your video a couple of times. You have some balance issues at the foul line. Those are caused by timing and your approach, which all starts at the set-up. Here are a couple of pointers that can help you: First, set up with the ball closer to your body, in line with your right shoulder, all the weight of the ball on your LEFT hand so your swing shoulder is totally loose. Next, bend you knees slightly and sit back on your heels with most of the weight on your left heel. Third, push away with the LEFT hand, stepping with the RIGHT foot. When the foot touches drop the ball into the swing and walk past the ball. Finally, when you get to the foul line swing your arm fully through the shot, letting it roll off your hand naturally. I hope that helps a little, have fun!
