Can't see your friend at all.

You are trying way too hard to get around the ball - I imagine your swing looks more like a golf swing than a bowling swing. You want to draw a line from your shoulder straight down to the floor, and the ball should stay on that line the whole time.

Not just that, it's your trying to bring your whole arm around the ball to make it hook instead of a more subtle wrist movement.

Example:

Use this to calculate the revs: http://www.bowlspot.com/page/rpms

You're on top of the ball. You need to get behind and under it and just let it roll off your hand. You'll get more revs by doing less. The yanking at the end that I see here will affect your aim adversely, plus the style of release gives too much axis tilt.

It could be you need a lighter ball.

Next time you post a video, maybe label it "please help" or something. I ignored this post due to the subject name....

I'm not a coach, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

The swing in your last video looked the best. Notice that the swing is the same speed going forward as it was going back. Your wrist position is what you need to work on to gain more revs. Throwing the ball harder doesn't help anything, power or accuracy or speed either for that matter. All throwing the ball harder does is throw your timing off, decreases accuracy and makes the ball less controllable down lane.

Swing the ball like you did on that spare shot but wrap your wrist around the ball into the release and then unwrap as the ball comes off your hand.
