Thats a great price. I got quote of 159.00 so that's not too bad. So what line are you guys playing? Im more of an outside line guy. I prefer the 9 board outward on my target. By third game Im actually moving outward instead of inward and playing more around the 3 board. I might have to pick up this hyroad.

I have my Hy-Road drilled pin up, cg stacked. For me, on a THS, it works well. I can change hand positions so if I find that it is moving too much at the back, I can calm it down a smidge. I like the surface of mine at 4000. It works well for me. If I were to get a second one, I would get it drilled for a nice arc and change the surface to about 2000. I think that they would complement each other.

I play the outside boards 5r-8r. My ball is not drilled agressive. I throw about 16 mph and around 300 revs. My ball is at factory finish which I believe is 1500. I am still learning about drilling layouts, numbers, terms etc....But here is an idea of how mine is drilled in general. I'm right handed and the MP is 1/4 inch from my ringer finger to the right and the CG is is just below my ring finger about 3.5 inches(est. didn't actually measure the distance, can't find a tape measure! lol!)

Hey General...
what about your Natural? That is a ball i have wanted for some time now. Is it drilled aggressively? Actually Ive even thought about the Virtual Energy as well. I like your equip.

I got all of my current equipment drilled last Wednesday and only bowled a total of 2 games. I had a Hy-Road before I went down to 15. My first impression of the Natural is that it will be a very nice ball for the dry. VE is going to be a beast. I need oil. When I get out for a few games with each, I will give a detailed review of each here.

So what is the general consensus on the Hyroad? What oil conditions will the ball handle? What balls does it compare to? What shape and look on the lanes can you get out of it with different drillings..?
Does the ball have a certain look regardless of the drilling??
