Now that you mention it, that makes sense since I've never seen 64ths used for pitch.

I would say my thumb and middle finger are moderately flexible, ringer finger slightly inflexible, and my thumb lines up between my index and middle fingers (pointing slightly more towards middle finger). My thumb is about 2 3/8" long.

4 1/4" x 4 5/16" span (RH)
1/4" reverse in fingers (no inserts)
3/8" forward in thumb
0" lateral in thumb

my thumb points straight at my index finger when grabbing a coke bottle as well.

it feels even more natural when my thumb is slighty above the index finger, but that makes it harder to grab something and hold it.

would this mean i need left lateral thumb pitch most likely?

I noticed that some of you have reverse pitch on the finger holes (currently my fingers are at zero, thumb is foward and right), I was considering trying some reverse on my fingers but I was afraid that could cause some exessive lifting, is there a test to know if you need this reverse pitch on fingers? Or it's just preference and can't cause any injuries?

If you aren't gripping the ball and it's still coming off after your flat spot, you should go for more reverse in the fingers. Also, reverse thumb pitch tends to go hand-in-hand with forward finger pitch, and forward thumb pitch tends to go hand-in-hand with reverse finger pitch. On my last ball, I just went from 1/4 forward on my fingers to 0, and it is coming off my hand better than any ball I've had. I have 1/4 forward on my thumb, and span is 4 1/4" and 4 3/8".

Also keep in mind that power lifts need to have more reverse pitch than ovals.

1/64 lateral left is your thumb hole is moved off the grip center line by that much
56/64 is the size of your thumb hole
1/8 reverse is the pitch on your thumb hole. Reverse 1/8"

Seems to me that if your thumb touches your index finger when grabbing a bottle, your thumb should be mover right, for a lefty, not left.
