I am looking into a ball for the top of my arsenal...something for the fresh college shots I'm dealing with. I have a Dimension at 1000 abralon that i currently use...this ball rolls alot and is very very smooth arcing. I like how the Virtual Gravity has that snap on the backend and I am wondering if I can get that same reaction out of the Invasion, or will it just be like getting a stronger Dimension? Thanks in advance, Kenny

The Invasion will be much more snappy at the backend then the VG. I would go with that. This will compliment the smooth arching Dimension.

My Invasion has a stacked leverage drill and it finishes STRONG. That layout works well for me on fresh oil because my speed (~17) usually dominates my revs (~225-250). This compliments my VG drilled pin under for an early smooth arc.
Overall, I would say the Invasion is several boards stronger than the VG.

I think the invasion would be fine, its slightly more angular than the Virtual Gravity although it has a lot more mid lane read.

I think the Mutant Cell would actually complement your dimension a little more as it has more backend angle than the invasion based on what I have seen.

Either would be a great choice, if you want to stick with the Storm line the Invasion is a great new bowling ball.
