Hello , I am looking for a Pro-shop in the Sacramento CA area. I need my ball re-drilled and would like someone that really know's what they are doing watch me. Any personal experience from drillers around the area?

Thanks

I have the same problem not being able to find a good driller. Mine put the right size inserts in. But he put them in the wrong holes.

James Allington at Alpine Lanes on Florin Rd .. South Sacramento.
He is pretty knowledgable and a real good driller as far as getting the balls to all feel the same..

I also hear Jerry's 300 shop is pretty good.

Where do you bowl currently ??

Currently I am bowling in Auburn (foothills bowl). They have a Pro Shop but I have never seen anyone in there no matter what time of day it is. Was just hoping there was a go-to guy around the area.

Looks like Jerrys is closest to you. I personally go to James at Alpine Lanes but bowl in a league with a few of the guys that work at Jerry's 300 Club..

Doesn't Wayne Webb have a shop there?

Wayne Webb did run a shop at Landpark lanes. As far as I know he moved out of the area at the end of last Summer. I believe James Allington is doing something out of that shop as well.

I took a couple of balls to Wayne Webb to drill. He may be a hell of a bowler but I didn't care for his pro-shop services. Didn't like his vibe when relating to customers. Also, I wanted a skid Flip layout on an symmetrical ball and he wanted to lay it out with the pin at about 3 o'clock to my fingers.. didn't check or ask what my PAP was... needless to say I told him to layoff drilling that ball and had him drill another one that I had already layed out.
