Ok, had my wrist scoped 3 mos ago. I've bowled 3 weeks on league and got my first 200 and first 600 series all last week. And no wrist pain or lock ups. But I am so rusty, average down to 168 , was 176 before.

Just happy to be back.

Great to hear Adam!

Keep up the good work and take it slowly. You have a lot of bowling still ahead of you...

Glad to hear that the surgery was a success. I know a couple of people that wish they could be bowling and haven't been physically able to for a year for one and over two for the other.

Good going! Someone I know in my area tore his left bicep 7 months ago. He's a southpaw. eek Was avging 175 prior to the injury. He was @ 158 when I last saw him, and that was up from 151 in October. Good job muddling through it so far.

I myself had a birth defect on my feet -- severely clubfooted, both feet. The treatments are advanced enough now that newborns who have clubfoot don't need surgery, but until about 10 years ago the technology didn't exist, so it didn't help me. Had ortho surgery on my feet 6 times as a kid, most recently when I was 16. I was candlepin bowling at the time. It killed me bc I couldn't bowl at all for 6 months.
