Not so much what's upcoming as what's going on right now. I've been on pins and needles for the last 2 weeks -- the November and May TV ratings books, 4 weeks each, are about 10 times as important for me as any other period of the year. I have a week and a half remaining, but not before my sweeps series hits the air starting tomorrow. I'm at work right now and have been working on all 5 sweeps pieces for the last few hours.

Once Thanksgiving comes, it means the November book is over and I can breathe a lot easier.

I told the chat gang earlier today, but my brother took me to see "Star Wars In Concert" at the TD Garden last night as an early Xmas gift. If you like Star Wars (or just like modern classical music), it's an awesome take. laugh

Let's see...I'm playing WOW (World of Warcraft), while watching/listening to a show called Bleach as well as doing score updates on the Chargers. Also I'm ordering some new resistance bands for my P90X workouts and getting my next shipment of products for my own business. Oh and I have work today.

BTW, got thanks Coach Jim's Redskins for beating the Broncos. They very helped out the Chargers today.

Well lets see, I worked a side job yesterday, and went directly to league. worried

Found out this morning that my clothes dryer won't start turning on it's own livid but had to go out to work on the side job. Mentioned to the home owner as I was leaving that I get to have fun messing with the dryer and he gave me his old one thumbsup since he is getting a new one and converting to gas from electric. It's not like he is using it currently, the laundry room is what I was drywalling and finishing. I got that on top of what I was getting paid to do the work. thumbsup

Now I'm watching the Viper Championship that I DVRed.

I normally go practice on Sundays....but this cold is killing me, so I took a raincheck and got more sleep. Still cutting new formica for the kitchen cabinets....I can see light at the end of the tunnel. I'll start some more gluing tomorrow...wwhheeee (actually yuck). Got the trim done, just need to do all the doors and drawers....and it has to be done by the end of this coming week. Cleanup and mucho cooking. We have about 20 coming for Thanksgiving;)

May sneak out to practice for a bit tomorrow:)

Jeez, you mean I can talk about anything?

Wow. Well, after spending the last 5 1/2 years in Northridge (of earthquake fame),I just got home to Vancouver for the first time. My family moved here a few months ago. I have to go back to SoCal a couple more times to move our stuff up here.

Nursing a cold instead of bowling today. There's senior day bowling on Tuesday, so probably then.

The big news is that a local driller will put IT in one of my balls, and he can drill two thumb pitches in two slugs. I'm going to leave my Monster with him. If he does a good job, I'll have him do 6 or 7 other balls.

I think Vancouver is an Indian word for "Land of the big white sky where the rain falls gently on the soft green Earth". Maybe not... beefers1 can correct me if I'm wrong.

A bit about my Monster - according to info on the web, it should be a big hooking ball. Mine, however, hooks less than all but my Columbia Messenger Ti pearl. That's okay, though. I need some variety. They can't all hook big. What I can say, though, is that the monster gets great pin action, even though it's lighter. I think 15 1/2 lbs.

Got a 192 with my helicopter last week.

"If it ain't workin', you're either throwing the ball wrong or throwing the wrong ball."
"Follow the oil!"
"Dry lanes ain't worth a shot!"
"I love the smell of lane conditioner in the morning!"
current avatar is Gabby Hayes. Looks a lot like me! smile

I had a lazy day today. Church this morning early, so I could go bowling after. Then, Lions/Vikings game. Followed by the Packers/Cowboys game. Now, I'm waiting for the Colts/Pats game.

Wife hates football, and Sunday's, except for Church.

I did wake at 5 am and made a pot of lentil bean soup. I soaked them yesterday, so it won't take too long. It cooked while I bowled. It was pretty good too.
There used to be the Cajun Chef on TV. Can't remember his name. But, he made it once and with the ham bone, he used smoked sausage, potatoes, carrots, celery and onions too. Tried it, not bad at all.

A few large pork chops on the grill, Apple sauce, and asparagas. Had a great meal.
