I still say your first two steps should be shorter. The first was better but still a little long, the second step needs to be about half that long.

You pull your shots quite a bit don't you? I noticed you didn't even push the ball out until your 3rd step. You should be doing this on your 2nd step (in the 5 step approach). Your shoulders then lunge forward and you have to speed up your swing to catch up with your feet. This leads to flying elbows. It also leads to bad timing, where your feet and body are at the line but your ball isn't. The tendency at that point is to twist your body trying to pull the ball through.

Start your push-away on your 2nd step.

Just slide foot forward on first step to shorten it, and take normal walking steps after that. Your steps are not normal, I am sure you don't walk that way. And, push your ball on the second step, not the third. You are squeezing a 4-step arm swing into 3 steps and pulling.
