My wife and I filled in for the last 10 weeks or so in a spring / summer league this year. For some reason, my average always seems to be about 5 pins higher during the summer. Well, our team was bowling in the losers bracket tournament this past weekend, and we actually did OK - only because my wife was on fire! We're talking a 120 average bowler rolling a 450 series! Even had a 168 one game. I actually bowled OK, 655 - only open was a 4-6 split in my second game. Just couldn't string any strikes together until game three (first game was a clean 194). Think we finished 8th out of about 50 teams, so not bad.
Looking forward to fall and men's league!
