Thanks GP. Yeah, I checked with the Ortho Dr the day before. He did remove a vial of fluid from behind the kneecap, then injected cortisone. Told me to start slowly and always wear the hinged knee brace when active.
But, you know me, I push the envelope. So, I'll be careful.
The Therapy I get is occupational, and focuses on a bowling slide, knee strength and bend. The balance part has been hard, for some reason. Just don't have confidence in the left leg.
I'll probably limit myself to bowling a few times a week, and watch it carefully. No need to stress it again. I feel like I have lost 2 years.
