Well, I am pleased to report that I bowled yesterday, for the first time after my knee surgery, and the first time since April 21. Happily, I bowled without pain, and only took 1-step. Don't want to force anything.
If I keep my knee bent, it's OK. I get a twinge when I straighten my knee and walk on it. Got some minor swelling that an immediate bag of ice took care of. That's the ligament repair getting used to stretching. No trouble with the meniscus repairs. Finish week 3 of physical therapy today. This was a big test. Wore an elastic wrap with pressure on the inside ligament and a hinged brace over it. Have hard time keeping balance on the operated knee.
Getting ready for the Fall.
Oh, I rolled at about 13 mph, and kept a forward roll for control on used lanes from last night's league. My XDamage tried to help as much as it could carrying many light hits. Rolled 215-227-189.
Feels good to be back.
